18+ Age Requirement
xx66 is strictly an 18+ platform. Registration, deposit, and participation in any game or betting market is prohibited for persons under 18 years of age. Age verification is conducted as part of KYC before withdrawals are processed.
One Account Per Player
Each individual may hold only one active xx66 account. Creating duplicate accounts to exploit bonuses or circumvent restrictions is grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances.

1.1 Age and Legal Capacity

By completing registration, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and that you possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
1.2 Jurisdictional Responsibility
You are solely responsible for determining whether the use of online gaming and betting services is lawful in your province, city, or jurisdiction within Pakistan. xx66 makes no representation that access to or use of its platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction. If online gaming is prohibited where you reside, you must not use xx66 services.
1.3 Registration Information
You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and any other information requested by xx66. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. xx66 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify the information you have provided at any time.
1.4 One Account Policy
Each player may maintain only one registered account on xx66. If more than one account is found to be registered to the same individual (by name, address, payment method, device, or any other identifying factor), xx66 may close the duplicate accounts, void any associated bets, and forfeit any balances in those accounts without prior notice.
Account Responsibilities
2.1 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xx66 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. xx66 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
2.2 Notification of Unauthorised Access
You must notify xx66 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your account. xx66 will investigate promptly upon receiving such notification and may temporarily suspend the account pending investigation.
2.3 Account Accuracy
You are responsible for ensuring that all bets and transactions placed from your account are intentional and authorised by you. xx66 will not reverse completed bets on the basis that they were placed accidentally or without your full understanding of the relevant game rules.

3.2 Deposit Processing
Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your xx66 wallet in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take 1–4 hours depending on the originating bank. xx66 does not charge platform fees on deposits. Any charges imposed by your payment provider are your responsibility.
3.3 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered to the same individual as the xx66 account. Identity verification (KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal or when withdrawal amounts exceed internal thresholds. xx66 reserves the right to request supporting documentation including a copy of your CNIC and proof of payment method ownership.
3.4 Anti-Money Laundering
xx66 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of unlawful activities. Deposits must be made from payment accounts owned by the account holder. xx66 will report any transaction that raises reasonable suspicion of money laundering to the relevant authorities and may freeze associated accounts pending investigation.
Betting & Gaming Rules
4.1 Bet Acceptance
All bets placed on xx66 are subject to acceptance by the platform. xx66 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason. Bets are only accepted once confirmed by the system — a confirmation message and reference number will be displayed upon successful bet placement.
4.2 Errors and Malfunctions
In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or obvious pricing error, xx66 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the applicable stakes to the player's account. Winnings paid as a result of a manifest error are not payable and may be reclaimed by xx66 from the player's account balance.
4.3 Casino and Live Game Rules

Players are responsible for reading and understanding these rules before participating. Where a dispute arises regarding the outcome of a live dealer game, the decision of xx66's technical team, supported by video evidence from the studio, is final.

- Engaging in collusion with other players in poker, live dealer, or any other game format where player interaction affects outcomes.

- Creating or operating multiple accounts for any purpose.
Intellectual Property
All content on the xx66 platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, logos, text, and audiovisual material — is the intellectual property of xx66 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the xx66 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any xx66 content without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xx66 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the xx66 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming session continuity due to technical interruption.
xx66's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited into your account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
xx66 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond xx66's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability.
Account Termination
xx66 may suspend or permanently close your account at any time if you are found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions, if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive, or if continued provision of services to you is determined to present unacceptable risk to the platform or other users. In cases of suspension for cause, xx66 may withhold any pending withdrawal pending investigation.
You may request closure of your xx66 account at any time by contacting support. Upon account closure, any remaining PKR balance (minus applicable bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. In the event of a dispute between you and xx66 arising from these Terms or any transaction on the platform, you should first contact xx66 support at [email protected] to seek informal resolution. xx66 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 10 business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated to a recognised alternative dispute resolution (ADR) service. xx66 will notify you of the applicable ADR body at the time of escalation. The decision of the ADR body shall be binding on xx66 subject to the applicable ADR rules.
Amendments to These Terms
xx66 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, xx66 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the amended terms take effect. Your continued use of the xx66 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the effective date.
